(Cancelled)Pollinators Garden on Campus
Start Date: 9/26/2017Start Time: 12:00 PM
End Date: 9/26/2017End Time: 1:00 PM
Event Description:
Join campus landscape architect Richelle Reilly to tour two of the most recent pollinator gardens on CU Boulder’s main campus.  We will walk and talk about how pollinator plants can positively impact the bee population, and be an attractive low water solution to the landscape.

Richelle Reilly is the Campus Landscape Architect for the University of Colorado Boulder.  Richelle is a registered landscape architect with the State of Colorado, having earned her degree from the University of Colorado. Using skills brought from a 20 year career as a landscape architect, project manager, and managing principal of a landscape design build firm, she fully understands the challenges of translating landscape design into a functioning project.  Working on the 2011 Campus Master Plan she rewrote the landscape guidelines to align with the sustainability goals for the campus, including sections in the Transportation Master Plan to increase and improve alternative transportation through urban design.
