CU Boulder welcomes the critically acclaimed author and translator, Nathan Englander, who will read from his short-story collection What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank, winner of the 2012 Frank O'Connor International Short Story Award.

Englander is also the author of the short-story collection For the Relief of Unbearable Urges, which received the Penn/Malamud award as well as the novel The Ministry of Special Cases. In 2012, his translation New American Haggadah, edited by Jonathan Safran Foer and illustrated by the acclaimed Israeli artist Oded Ezer,  was published by Little Brown. Along with his other awards, Englander has won a Guggenheim Fellowship and the Bard Fiction Prize.
