Linkin’ It Up to learn how to effectively utilize social media to find
‘hidden’ jobs and internships. During this workshop, you’ll be able to
ask your questions, work on your online profiles, and hear effective
tips to making the most of your time online. This workshop is designed
to help undergraduate students maximize their online presence.
As a result of attending this workshop, you will be able to:
-explain the benefits of using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, blogs) in a job or internship search
-utilize social media to network with a wide variety of professionals
-create and maintain a social media presence |
