(This workshop is part of the Fall Intensive 2013)

Did you know that the CU-Boulder community includes 1500 students with documented disabilities?   At the post-secondary level, creating equal access and an accessible learning environment  is a shared responsibility between instructors, students and the Disability Services Office.  In this session, you will be provided with information about different types of disabilities and the impact students may experience.  We will also cover legal obligations of the university, the accommodations process, and the services offered to students and instructors on campus.
