Reducing Your Own & Your Students' Stress

(This workshop is part of the Fall Intensive 2013)

Let’s face it, school can be difficult.  In the position of graduate teacher, it is important to know how to work with the stress of your students while managing your own state of mind. This workshop will teach you skills to do this very thing, including an overview of values clarification while learning to use of mindfulness skills and other well-researched stress busters.
