International TA Training: Understanding American Students & How to Teach as an International TA in the US. This workshop provides International TAs with an overview of American students’ high school preparations, their skill levels as they enter college, and their expectations of student-teacher relationships and assessments. We will engage participants in activities that will help them prepare their syllabi and create useful resources for courses.
