Event Description:
Trainer Time is a FREE 60 minute workout led by a Rec Center personal trainer. The weekly sessions will teach you the proper form and function of popular exercises and equipment while helping you get to know the new weight spaces. 

This week, learn the proper form and variations of squatting- one of the most fundamental lifts in strength training. This workshop will focus on proper squat mechanics for building muscle and preventing injury.
