11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Home: American photography at the CU Art Museum
March 2 - July 15, 2017

Is home “where the heart is”? Is it a building, a landscape or a state of mind? Drawn from the photography collection of the CU Art Museum, Home investigates how American photographers working from the late 1800s to today have engaged with these questions. Through a presentation of landscapes, family photos and candid portraits visitors are invited to consider central themes of the exhibition, including environment, nostalgia and family.

What does home mean to you?
We invite our guests to respond to the images and ideas presented in the exhibition by visiting a special programming space in our FlexSpace gallery, open from February 2, 2017–March 25, 2017.

This exhibition is generously supported by CU-Boulder Student Arts and Cultural Enrichment fees, and CU Art Museum members.

Event Image "Make the Magic" Camp Kesem Fundraising Dinner
6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Camp Kesem at University of Colorado Boulder supports children in the Colorado/Front Range community by providing a week-long summer camp experience and year-long peer support. “Make the Magic” is Camp Kesem’s biggest fundraising event of the year; it contributes a large percentage of their fundraising goal and helps send 100 kids, who have been affected by their parent’s cancer, to a free summer camp.

The night will feature a silent auction and a “fund-a-need” event, as well as games, food and entertainment. The dinner will be held off campus at The Inn at Hudson Gardens in Littleton, Colorado. Tickets must be purchased before March 27 (next Monday), so move quickly if you’d like to go! Ticket prices include dinner, drinks, games and more. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
