It’s almost time for final exams—and the truckload of stress that comes with it. Come talk with a nutritionist about ways to reduce that tension through your diet—what foods promote brain health, concentration, general composure, and overall feelings of well-being and productivity? What foods exacerbate the stress response? Join us in UMC 416, on Thursday, April 25th from 12:00 - 1:00 PM.
