Event Description
Come find out what all the BUZZ is about! Become a Citizen Scientist who will make and share discoveries about Colorado's native bees. At this workshop you will learn how to recruit solitary wood-nesting bees to pollinate your garden and monitor their nesting habits in your habitat. The "Bees' Needs" needs you to be a participant! Join museum researchers Alexandra Rose and Virginia Scott for a fun and informative lecture on Boulder County's native bees and learn how you can get involved in this important Citizen Science project.
This is a free event that will be held at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History's BioLounge.
