The CMEMS Invited Speaker Series Presents

Corinne Wieben from the History Department at the University of Northern Colorado will be giving a paper entitled "Vir et Maritus: Marriage and Masculinity in Late Medieval Lucca."  Professor Wieben will discuss a precirculated research paper, part of her ongoing research on the records of marriage disputes in the fourteenth-century episcopal and communal courts of Lucca.
