Introduction to Hands-Only CPR
(October 22nd 5–6PM, 6–7PM in the UMC Art Gallery)

Someone collapses in front of you – what would you do? Hands-Only CPR can save a life, and this 45-minute class will teach you how to perform these important skills. The class includes a CPR video and time to practice on a CPR mannequin. While this class is not a full certification opportunity, it provides techniques that have been proven effective in saving lives by the American Heart Association. Options for further certification will be provided.
