Introduction to Hands-Only CPR

Event Description
Someone collapses in front of you – what would you do? Hands-Only CPR can save a life, and this 45-minute class will teach you how to perform this important skill. The class includes a CPR video and time to practice the skills on a CPR mannequin. While this class is not a full certification opportunity, it provides a skill that has been proven to be effective in saving lives by the American Heart Association. Options for further certification will be provided. This event is approved for Buff Essentials Credit. Classes are October 29 from 9:30-10:30am, 10:30-11:30am in the UMC Art Gallery
